PROFILE Daniel
S. Boehme, President Dan has over thirty-five years experience in
commercial/retail construction working as President, Director of
Construction, Project Manager, Estimator, Controller, Superintendent,
and Carpenter. He has proven his ability to complete jobs on time,
within budget, and coordinate all phases of the project by regularly
communicating with the Owner, Architect, Subcontractors, Mall Management,
and Local Officials. Dan also served in the U.S. Marines obtaining the rank of Sergeant. He served two tours in Vietnam and was highly decorated for his combat actions. Thomas W. Anzelone, Vice President Tom
has over twenty-three years experience in the construction industry
and has worked as Foreman, Supervisor, Project Manager, Estimator,
Carpenter, and Superintendent. Tom has an excellent relationship with
subcontractors which helps insure timely completion of the projects
within budget with minimal or no change orders. Tom has worked as Project
Manager or Superintendent on all types of projects, including jewelry
stores, clothing stores, hotels, restaurants, and mall renovations. Andrea Zober, Controller Ms. Zober is the Controller of db Construction Group, Inc. and has over 40 years of experience in the accounting field.Ms. Zober has experience in budgeting, project billing, job costing, and estimate to completion. Ms. Zober is responsible for accounts payable, payroll, and for serving as the communication link between the Project Manager and the financial outcome of the project. Cathy Condello, Assistant Mrs. Condello is the Assistant to the controller of db Construction Group, Inc. Mrs. Condello is responsible for accounts receivable, contract distribution, project closeout, and assisting the Controller when needed. Mrs. Condello is well organized, highly motivated and works well with Owners, Architects, and Contractors. |
